CU Boulder has a state-of-the art Titan Krios G3i with a Gatan K3 Direct Electron Detector Camera, FEI Tecnai F30 with a Gatan K2 Summit Direct Electron Detector Camera, FEI Tecnai F20 with a Gatan K3 Direct Electron Detector Camera, and a FEI Tecnai T12 Spirit with a 4k x 4k CCD camera. CU Boulder is also currently being set up as a NIH-centre for cryo-ET with a FEI Aquilos 2 cryo-FIB, Leica THUNDER CLEM, and Cryosol Vitrojet.
